Austin Austin was founded in Norfolk by father and daughter, Richard and Bessie Austin. Richard has worked with organics since the 1970s and founded Rainbow Wholefoods and Kingfisher Natural Toothpaste. Bessie grew up with organic food and natural products, later working in design and advertising before starting Austin Austin.
